New 2011: " Derby Cheers".   Winner of the Early Times Mint Julep bottle design competition.  Derby Cheers is the art seen on the Official Kentucky Derby drink bottle by Early Times which is served at Churchill Downs.   A Limited Edition of 750 prints, signed and numbered were printed and are offered here. A portion of the proceeds will go to Apple Patch, a non-profit organization near Louisville, that provides an array of support services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Debuted in 2003, Katherine Marita Walizer’s Derby Hat Series features fourteen limited edition color lithographs from original oil paintings. Signed and numbered by the artist, each elegant print depicts a different scene of women in their Derby hats.


Produced exclusively by Walizer’s sister, Wadia Newman, the Derby Hat Series captures women’s Kentucky Derby time experiences with vibrant color and femininity, and are collected by those who want to preserve Derby memories to display year-round.

"It has been my delight to paint the fabulous RedHatters!  I created these images entitled Red Hats and Ladies Day Out to debut my new Red Hat Series as it shows the RedHatters doing what they do best- having fun with friends and loving every minute of it!  I hope that RedHatters everywhere see themselves in these images and that my brush has captured all the sophistication, fun and spunk of this very special group.  To you, Ladies!"
